Unusual alright for no published CEO or Chairman's report from the AGM.

They are not exactly cashed up - and a chance was offered at the AGM to expand upon what they have so far - but nothing. Entirely possible they will look to offtake funding for project development - but ideally funding would come post positive results.

A chance wasted maybe to get some news out - albeit fairly modest drill results so far, or does the non reporting at the AGM, signal something else (into a possible raise).  I am included to think - well maybe hope is a better word, that any cap raise will be following news of a significant discovery here. And a much higher share price.....they were simply not ready for release of maybe incomplete positive news at the AGM - so best to say nothing.

Yea anyway - success at this particular location has major ramifications for the possible extent of lithium mineralization over a vast region. (see story below).

(Make no mistake -this is a big, big opportunity here for investors) - if the company does come out with the remaining initial phase of drills - and again talk like below, you could be looking at a close of trading day cap of $400m - no reason why not. The feel and potential here exceed any aussie lithium exploration type company, at least I have looked out).

I have half-forgotten some key critical points from their last announcement. As it happens here - remember that Namibia/Angola confusion on this very chatline. Check this out - the project of course, is in Angola.

But of more importance and to the point....... lets have another look from the story below - exactly what the company said:

These 2 paragraphs are from the whole story listed at the very bottom. Extremely exciting possibilities here - NOTE watch out for the gap, on receipt of positive news.

" During creation of a new path up the hill and minor works leveling a site on the hill, rubble obscuring outcrop was removed and exposed outcrop in some key areas, allowing new observations of the geology to be made. During temporary pauses in drilling caused by water supply deficiencies, additional detailed mapping was completed to clarify the relationships between the pegmatite outcrops

Connections between pegmatites can be seen and it is now clear that most, if not all the pegmatite of the Muvero Prospect is a single body of rock. The presence of lithium mineralisation in several pegmatite outcrops proves they formed from lithium enriched magma and if the separate exposures of pegmatite are all part of a single large complex pegmatite intrusion, then it follows that lithium mineralisation is an innate feature of the entire pegmatite."

Tyranna Uncovers Lithium Mineralisation In Namibia

byColin Sandell-Hay, Contributor - The Assay

Tyranna Resources Ltd (ASX: TYX) has sighted spodumene in drill-core drilling at the Muvero Prospect within the Namibe Lithium Project in Namibia.

Drillhole NDDH001 intersected pegmatite from 5.10m to 11.39m down-hole, representing the continuation of the pegmatite outcropping in front (north) of the drill collar. This intersection of pegmatite was unexpected, as it was thought that the pegmatite dipped steeply towards the north, like the main pegmatite targeted by the drill-hole. The pegmatite is composed of relatively homogenous pegmatite, typical of the unmineralised wall zone of the larger (thicker) pegmatites.

Although the drill-hole intersected pegmatite from 3.05m to 21.32m down-hole, the entire pegmatite intersected was comprised of more-or-less homogenous wall-zone rock implying that the drill-hole was not optimally located or oriented with respect to the pegmatite targeted.

Re-examination of the geology and reinterpretation
During creation of a new path up the hill and minor works leveling a site on the hill, rubble obscuring outcrop was removed and exposed outcrop in some key areas, allowing new observations of the geology to be made.

The presence of lithium mineralisation in several pegmatite outcrops proves they formed from lithium enriched magma and if the separate exposures of pegmatite are all part of a single large complex pegmatite intrusion, then it follows that lithium mineralisation is an innate feature of the entire pegmatite.

If this is the case, then the presence or absence of lithium mineralisation in a portion of the pegmatite is related to the thickness of the pegmatite at that location; thinner portions of pegmatite will be composed merely of wall zone rock, while thicker portions will contain an interior lithium zone.

    Next Steps
After completion of NDDH005, the drill-rig will re-locate to drill holes NDDH006 and NDDH007, which target the pegmatite that NDDH001 was intended to test.

The information gained from NDDH005, along with those from NDDH004, will be analysed to determine the best location and orientation for drill-hole NDDH008. It is intended to drill NDDH002 last, and this will be supervised by Tyranna directors Peter Spitalny and Paul Williams.
